TERMS OF SERVICE – PLUS SIZE INNOVATION

By placing an order with Plus Size Innovation, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Orders: Orders are confirmed once payment has been received. Please make sure your size, colour, delivery address and contact details are correct before completing your order.

Production: Our clothing is made with care. Please allow 5–10 business days for production and processing, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Payments: Orders must be paid in full before production or dispatch begins.

Shipping: Shipping fees are separate from the clothing price unless otherwise stated. Delivery times depend on the courier and destination.

Returns and Exchanges: Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for information about returns, exchanges and refunds.

Product Information: We make every effort to display colours, sizes and product information accurately. Slight differences may occur due to lighting and screen settings.

Customer Information: Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information.

Changes: Plus Size Innovation reserves the right to update these terms when necessary.
