Return & Refund Policy – Plus Size Innovation

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our return policy before placing your order.

Returns

• Items may be returned within 7 days of receiving your order if the item is faulty or incorrect.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with tags attached where applicable.
• We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, damaged or altered.
• Sale items and customised/made-to-order items may not be eligible for returns unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Incorrect or Faulty Items If you receive the wrong item or an item has a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel and provide photos/videos of the item.

Size & Colour Please check your size carefully before ordering. We are a plus-size clothing brand, and customers are responsible for selecting the correct size and colour. We can assist with sizing before you place your order.

Refunds Approved refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds will be made using the original payment method where possible.

Delivery Costs Original delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a faulty/incorrect item.

For return assistance, please contact Plus Size Innovation before sending any item back. Do not send a return without contacting us first.
