All orders are made and prepared with care. Please allow 5–10 business days for production and processing, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order is ready, it will be handed to our courier for delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service.

📍 Local Collection
Customers in Gqeberha/Port Elizabeth can collect their orders from our shop in Walmer. Collection details will be provided once your order is ready.

💰 Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are not included in the price of the clothing and will be calculated/communicated separately where applicable.

📦 Courier Delays
Once your parcel has been handed to the courier, delivery times are outside our control. Delays may occur due to courier systems, weather, public holidays or other unforeseen circumstances.
